What To Drink Now: Vin du Can

One small sip for man, one giant leap for canned wine! Built on the belief that canned wines should taste good too, Vin du Can pushes boundaries on within the wine category creating wines made to fit our modern lifestyles. Vin du Can comes in three varietals, Pale Rosé, French Sauvignon Blanc and Argentinian Red Malbec.

All three varietals are vegan friendly and packaged in aluminium cans which are fast to chill, 100% recyclable and make for the perfect size for picnics, festivals and drinking by the pool.

Meant to spark conversation and intrigue, the can design is fun, quirky and lighthearted. The Vin du Can logo sits prominently at the front of the can and is surrounded by etched wine glasses and a number of these represent fun line drawings of people and animals. Each wine glass is rendered in a colour palette that delineates the three wines, Pale Rosé, French Sauvignon Blanc and Argentinian Red Malbec.

The Vin du Can range offers consumers a convenient single-serve option when out and about and the smaller can size means they have a positive environmental benefit too. Not only are the aluminium cans recyclable but the smaller size means they produce a smaller carbon footprint being lighter to transport.

The Vin du Can Pale Rosé is the latest addition to the Vin du Can family. Perfect for summer al fresco drinking this pale pink rosé comes from the IGP Méditérranée region, from one of the most established wineries in Provence, France. The nose offers intense aromas of berries and the taste is crisp, citrus and fresh. ABV 12.5%

The Vin du Can Sauvignon Blanc is made from a white grape from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in France. The nose offers intense notes of toasty spice, lemons and crisp green apples. It has a smooth texture and a bright and refreshing finish. ABV 12%

The Vin du Can Argentinian Malbec has the typical deep, dark velvet colour of Argentine Malbec. The nose offers intense aromas of black stone fruit interwoven with notes of chocolate and sweet spice. Balanced acidity leads to a long, velvety finish. 13.5 % ABV
