Syreeta Allen is a leading voice for racial justice and social mobility in higher education. As Head of Student Outcomes at King's College London, she works to create an equitable learning experience for underrepresented students. Prior to this she established the programme for schools and young people at Black Cultural Archives and taught in Further Education.
