I started training many moons ago (13+ Years). From learning how to best stabilise and strengthen my structure, around my not so stable skeleton, to understanding the human body and its capabilities when it comes to movement and strength. I later realised that I wanted to pass this knowledge on to others, in order to better their health. As a coach, I believe that fitness can (and should) be fun and that what you will learn over time is priceless.
