Ingredients
- 50ml Caorunn Scottish Raspberry Gin
- 3 fresh raspberries
- 15ml dry vermouth
- 10ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup

Method
- Muddle the raspberries and sugar syrup in a shaker.
- Add the remaining ingredients along with ice, and shake well until chilled.
- Double strain into a glass and garnish with a skewered raspberry.

Ingredients

- Soda water to top
Method
- Shake all ingredients (except the soda water) in a shaker.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water, stir, and garnish with an edible flower and lime twist.
To make the raspberry & ginger syrup: combine equal parts raspberry jam, ginger conserve, and hot water in a pan. Heat until dissolved, strain, and cool. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
Pink Lady Spritz

Method
- Build the cocktail in a glass over ice.
- Top with soda water and stir.

To make Pink Lady Cordial: chop four apples and simmer with 1 litre of water for 10 minutes. Strain and combine two parts of the liquid with one part sugar and the juice of three limes. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
