CADBURY RELEASES NEW RANGE OF BARS THAT ARE PERFECT FOR SHARING

Cadbury has launched an innovative new range of Dairy Milk bars designed to recognise and reward everyday generosity. Each bar is divided into portions that reflect who takes on key tasks, such as cooking, booking holidays, or remembering birthdays, making sharing both fun and meaningful.

The range features twelve relatable scenarios, including “who drove” (earning the largest portion) and “who slept” (receiving the smallest). Other playful divisions include “who updates the shared calendar”, “who goes along to things”, “who cooked”, “who cleaned”, and “who let them choose what to watch”.

The launch coincides with a Cadbury survey of 2,000 adults, which highlights just how generous Brits are in their daily lives. On average, people carry out eleven helpful tasks for others every day, with simple gestures of appreciation creating a ripple effect of positivity.

Everyday Generosity in Numbers

The study revealed that the most common acts of kindness include holding the door open (61%), doing the washing up (53%), and giving directions (44%). Other frequent good deeds include tidying up unnoticed messes (44%), driving others to their destination (42%), and cooking meals (42%).

These small, thoughtful gestures are deeply appreciated, with 95% of respondents saying they value it when others do something kind for them—no matter how small, like bringing a cup of tea. While 17% believe no thanks are necessary for acts of kindness, 68% admitted they love being appreciated, with 65% saying gratitude makes them feel happy.

Despite this, a quarter of people confessed they occasionally forget to say thank you. Encouragingly, 87% agree it’s never too late to express gratitude, and 41% believe that acts of kindness inspire others to do the same, creating a chain reaction of goodwill.

Cadbury’s Take on Sharing

Connor Gould, Brand Manager for Cadbury Dairy Milk, said:
“We all know those unsung heroes who make our lives a little brighter—whether it’s the person who remembers everyone’s birthdays, organises the holidays, or does the weekly shop. Our new Dairy Milk sharing bars are a fun and delicious way to say thank you to those generous people in our lives. Sometimes, it’s the smallest gestures, like sharing a bar of chocolate, that mean the most.”
