Summer is approaching fast and step by step we’re finally able to reconnect with loved ones. With pubs opening and groups of six reuniting outside, it’s pretty clear that this summer is going to look very different from last year. Even though the sun is shining, it’s still pretty frosty outside, so we thought we’d give you plenty of time to practice your mixologist skills at home before the real parties begin! We’ve partnered with Audemus Spirits to give you a taste of what the summer is all about; fun, taste, and style!
Audemus’ Negroni
40ml Pink Pepper Gin
20ml Campari
20ml Lillet Blanc
Method: Stir well over ice in a tumbler and garnish with rosemary or orange peel
Audemus’ Perfect Gin & Tonic
50ml Pink Pepper Gin
100-125ml Fever Tree Aromatic tonic
Method: Pour ingredients in an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with lemon peel or a cracked bay leaf
Flora Dora
40ml Pink Pepper Dry
20ml fresh lime
1 tsp caster sugar
4 raspberries
Ginger Ale
Method: Shake and strain into a highball with ice and top with Fever-Tree ginger ale
Pegu Club
40ml Pink Pepper Dry
20ml fresh lime juice
15ml Triple Sec
5ml of 2:1 sugar syrup
2 dashes of orange
2 dashes of Angostura
Method: Shake and serve in a coupe
