Wingstop UKI has teamed up with cult-favourite restaurant chain Pizza Pilgrims to deliver one of the most unexpected food collaborations of the year: a ranch-based pizza that completely reimagines tradition.

Dubbed “In Ranch We Crust,” the limited-edition release swaps out the classic tomato base in favour of Wingstop’s signature ranch sauce—making a bold statement not just in flavour, but in food culture.

A Pizza That Puts Ranch Front and Centre

At its core, In Ranch We Crust is designed for fans who crave big, unapologetic flavours. The pizza features a rich ranch base layered with melted mozzarella, Wingstop’s Spicy Korean Q boneless chicken, house pickles, and a garlic parmesan crust.

To elevate things further, the creation is finished with Pizza Pilgrims’ signature hot honey glaze, dusted with Wingstop’s Louisiana rub, and served with an extra drizzle of ranch for good measure.

This isn’t just a topping tweak—it’s a full-on reinvention of what pizza can be.

A Campaign for Culinary Recognition

The collaboration also arrives with a playful but ambitious campaign: Wingstop UKI is calling on UNESCO to recognise ranch as part of global food heritage.

The brand argues that ranch deserves the same protected cultural status as traditional Neapolitan pizza-making, which has already been honoured by UNESCO.

By launching In Ranch We Crust, Wingstop UKI is making its case loud and clear—ranch isn’t just a dipping sauce; it’s a cultural phenomenon with global appeal.

A Fresh Twist on Tradition

Dirujan Sabesan, Chief Brand Officer at Wingstop UKI, described ranch as a defining flavour for the brand, adding that the new pizza “puts ranch front and centre where it belongs.”

Meanwhile, Pizza Pilgrims founder James Elliot acknowledged the boldness of the collaboration, noting that Neapolitan pizza traditions—dating back over 300 years—are ready for innovation and experimentation.

The result is a product that blends heritage with modern flavour trends, appealing to both pizza purists and adventurous foodies alike.
