The Mayfair Chippy has launched a new addition to its menu, created in collaboration with one of the world’s most respected names in caviar. Developed with Caviar House & Prunier, the partnership sees the arrival of The Mayfair Chippy’s own branded caviar, available at both the Mayfair and Knightsbridge sites from July onwards.
The menu features highlights that begin with a 15g tin of caviar served with mini sourdough crumpets, Kentish egg, sour cream, red onion and chives (£55), or as a standalone 15g serve in a tin (£45). Diners are also able to upgrade any dish with a 5g spoon of premium caviar for £15.
A dedicated caviar menu is also available from July at The Mayfair Chippy Knightsbridge, which offers an elevated experience without losing the accessible approach to fine seafood that the restaurant is known for. The ‘7 Before 7’ experience runs from 4 to 7pm daily, offering a selection of seven drinks priced at £7 each, including Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin Sour and The Mayfair Margarita, with the experience also including wine and Frontier Lager for those who prefer to stick to the basics. Guests who opt for this menu can also enjoy oyster options starting at £1, with £1 oysters, £5 oysters with a caviar topping, or a £10 caviar bump.
Founded in Mayfair and now with a second site in Knightsbridge, The Mayfair Chippy has earned recognition for its modern take on classic British fare, including a Michelin Guide listing and AA Rosette. Caviar House & Prunier, by contrast, is one of the most established names in luxury seafood globally, with its own sustainable caviar production and a history that dates back more than a century. The collaboration is an exciting one for both names, marking a clear move for The Mayfair Chippy into more elevated territory, while still rooted in the restaurant’s core commitment to British seafood that’s accessible and rooted in quality.
You can explore the brand new caviar offering at The Mayfair Chippy at 138 Brompton Road, Knightsbridge, London, SW3 1HY. Book your table and find out more here.
