In celebration of its brand new menu, The Real Greek has launched a nationwide Golden Menu offer, running throughout July. Each day, one table at every location will receive their entire ‘Filoxenia’ set menu free of charge – with no strings attached. The initiative spotlights a series of hot new updates to its already impressive menu, drawing directly from the traditions of Greek cooking and Hellenic culture.
The limited time promotion is open to dine-in guests only, running across all 28 restaurants in the UK. One table per day, per site, will receive a Golden Menu, which entitles all seated guests to the complimentary Filoxenia experience. Winners are chosen at random, with the offer applied discreetly by the team during service.
The Filoxenia menu, usually priced at £24 per person, offers a fixed-price tasting format, built for sharing style dining. The heart of the refresh is the grill, in true Greek Style, delivering its famous souvlaki skewers from seafood, pork belly, lamb sausage, and chicken to halloumi and mushrooms – all marinated in herbs, sea salt and extra virgin olive oil, chargrilled and spritzed with lemon. The new experience includes one item from each of four categories: salad or side, cold meze, grilled souvlaki, and flatbread. Most of the meze selection has been reworked, with all but the already perfect taramasalata seeing a fresh summer upgrade.
Founded with a commitment to regional recipes and honest cooking, The Real Greek has steadily expanded its footprint since 2014. Its restaurants balance an authentically vibrant and relaxed setting, adopting a detailed approach to sourcing, drawing on both Greek produce and UK suppliers. It remains one of the few national restaurants in the UK dedicated solely to Greek cuisine, with its updated menu building on the foundation of not just serving diners with a taste of Greece – but transporting them directly there.
