PRIME VIDEO TO STREAM EAGLES VS BEARS BLACK FRIDAY FOOTBALL GAME GLOBALLY FOR THE FIRST TIME

Amazon has announced that Black Friday Football is going global. On 28 November at 20:00 GMT, Prime Video will broadcast the highly anticipated matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and Chicago Bears to viewers in more than 240 countries and territories—the first time an NFL event will be presented worldwide on the platform.

The move strengthens Amazon’s expanding presence in live sports and brings one of the NFL’s most hyped new traditions to an even wider audience. For sports fans preparing for the holiday weekend, this global broadcast marks one of the biggest streaming moments of the season.

Jay Marine, Head of Prime Video U.S., Global Sports, called the matchup “can’t-miss”, highlighting the excitement around the reigning Super Bowl champions taking on the resurgent Bears in one of the NFL’s most electric stadiums. He added that Black Friday is quickly becoming “one of the best sports holidays of the year,” promising fans a full day of action, deals, and surprises.

Hans Schroeder, the NFL’s executive vice president of media distribution, echoed the enthusiasm, emphasising that global accessibility is a key priority for the league. Making this year’s Black Friday game available to fans worldwide marks a major milestone in that mission.

A Packed Global Sports Line-Up on Prime Video

The Bears vs Eagles clash sits at the centre of a massive 12+ hour sports marathon on Prime Video, with all programming available globally—without a subscription or Prime membership.

Fans will also be able to watch with additional language options, including Spanish, French, and Portuguese, and access enhanced viewing features used in the U.S., such as Rapid Recap, HD-HDR streaming, and Next Gen Stats powered by AWS.

The day kicks off at 14:00 GMT with the return of The Skins Game, featuring PGA TOUR stars Tommy Fleetwood, Shane Lowry, Xander Schauffele, and Keegan Bradley. From there, the action shifts to Philadelphia for pregame coverage before the Eagles and Bears face off at Lincoln Financial Field.

And the action doesn’t stop at the final whistle. After the NFL postgame stream wraps, Prime Video transitions into an NBA doubleheader, starting at midnight with Milwaukee Bucks vs New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden, followed by Dallas Mavericks vs Los Angeles Lakers from Los Angeles at 03:00 GMT.
