London’s boutique donut atelier, Donutelier, has launched its enchanting limited-edition Christmas collection, inspired by the timeless story of The Nutcracker. Now available in all stores, including its new Strand location, the festive range sprinkles a festive twist onto the classic French patisserie offerings, combining their masterful flavours with theatricality and Christmas magic for an extra special treat.
Three new donuts form the centrepieces for the new collection, each crafted with luxurious fillings, delicate textures, and seasonal accents. The Pistachio Raspberry Croissant also returns alongside these, the flaky croissant layers having undergone a Christmassy upgrade of raspberry jam and pistachio Chantilly filling, topped with fresh raspberries, pistachios, and a dusting of sugar snow. The Spiced Apple Tutu: Crème pâtissière filling, vanilla sugar crust, Chantilly cream, spiced almond sable disc, and caramelised apples.
Berry Glissé: Crème pâtissière filling, frutti di bosco-filled white chocolate shell, soft meringue, crispy raspberries, raspberry pearls, and a hint of crispy coconut.
Pistachio Pirouette: Pistachio pâtissière filling, pistachio praline-filled chocolate shell, chocolate disc, pistachio Chantilly, and a scattering of pistachio nibs.
