The Hummingbird Bakery is set to add its famous flair to the upcoming seasons with its latest collection of occasion creations – infusing the eerie charm of Halloween, the vibrant colours of Diwali, and the sparkling energy of Bonfire Night into each treat with the bakery’s signature flavours at their heart.
Available now, the Halloween collection spans cupcakes, cakes, and special boxes to serve up indulgent treats with a playful twist, designed to add drama and delight to parties or even just the special seasonal snack. Highlights include the Bleeding Beauty Heart Cake, which serves up two layers of red velvet sponge, and is finished with cream cheese frosting and isomalt shards – along with red food colouring blood splatters.
The Halloween Cupcake Selection Box features chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet cupcakes with themed decorations, while the Sprinklevania Cake delivers a triple-layer chocolate cake topped with bright orange frosting and black and orange sprinkles. The Blinkening Cake is set to be a popular choice, serving up a three-layer vanilla sponge adorned with green and purple frosting and sugar paste eyeballs.
Diwali brings a modern twist to timeless traditions, delivering bright vibrant delights to brighten up festive gatherings and thoughtful gifting alike. The Diwali Selection Box includes six vanilla cupcakes adorned with handmade sugar paste flowers, while the Diwali Heart Cake features two layers of vanilla sponge finished in yellow, orange, and hot pink frosting inspired by vintage cake designs. The collection is available from 13th October.
Bonfire Night will be spectacularly celebrated with the bakery’s Fireworks Collection. Available in-store from 1st to 5th November, the colourful vanilla cupcakes are marbled in yellow, red, blue, and purple, with two topped in chocolate frosting and two in bright orange buttercream for a finish with a bang.
