This winter, Wagtail Rooftop, Restaurant & Terrace has transformed into an alpine-inspired retreat high above the City, partnering with Grey Goose Vodka to present The Après Escape seasonal winter terrace experience, where festive indulgence meets city glamour.
The terrace has been dressed for the season with warm fairy lights, lanterns, pinecones, and cosy blankets, creating a high-altitude winter hideaway. Wagtail brings the spirit of après-ski to London with late-night DJs, free-flowing brunches, and a vibrant atmosphere throughout the festive season. The collaboration with Grey Goose introduces a brand-new cocktail menu alongside seasonal dining, offering both classic and innovative festive serves.
The Après Escape cocktail menu includes four signature drinks: the Tangerine Sour, a Christmas twist on a classic with Grey Goose vodka, Lillet Blanc, tangerine sherbet, lemon, and honey; the Chocolate Orange Espresso Martini, blending Grey Goose vodka with dark chocolate, orange liqueur, and espresso; the Triple G Martini, featuring Original Grey Goose Vodka with Carpano dry and pickled onion; and the Classic Vodka Martini, mixed with Carpano dry and finished with a lemon twist or olive. For a luxurious treat, Goose Bumps combines chilled Grey Goose Altius Vodka with caviar bumps, a French-inspired ritual designed to add a glamorous twist to any festive outing.
Wagtail also offers an extensive festive menu, with three-course set menus from £65 per person. Dishes include seasonal highlights such as Wood Pigeon with celeriac purée and blackberries, Fillet Mignon with potato terrine and red wine jus, and a decadent Dark Chocolate Biscoff Swiss Roll for dessert.
Wagtail is part of the ETM Collection, which brings festive experiences to ten iconic London venues, from cosy pub evenings and late-night drinks to elegant restaurant dining and igloo experiences.
