Burger fans are in for a tasty treat, as Burger King has announced a weeklong £1.99 Royale offer. The epic deal is up for grabs to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee, and what’s more, guests can tuck into their crispy Royales in style as Burger King UK has also unveiled limited-edition designer Jubilee Crowns.
The offer is available for customers to snap up via the Burger King app from 30th May – 5th June 2022, just in time for Jubilee festivities.
The Royale, which is one of Burger King’s most iconic burgers, consists of tasty chicken wrapped in a special crisp coating, topped with iceberg lettuce, creamy mayo and crowned with a toasted sesame seed bun. The Vegan Royale is also available for just £1.99.
However, the Jubilee fun doesn’t stop there as Burger King UK has also launched limited-edition Crowns to help fans celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee in style.
Giving the iconic Burger Crown a bold and colourful makeover, the accessory, designed by British artist Toby Triumph, is emblazed with 26 unique hand-drawn illustrations – each representing milestones from Her Royal Highness’ 70-year reign as well as Toby’s own experience of growing up in the UK.
From “All You Need is Love” in the 60s to “Girl Power” in the 90s, the Jubilee Crown captures the cultural melting pot of Great Britain over the years. The Crown also gives a nod to the NHS heroes, British landmarks and the three-wheeled Robin Reliant.
Fans can get their hands on a free Jubilee Crown in Burger King restaurants nationwide from 1st June 2022, as well as at parades across London and Windsor, in time for street parties and celebrations, but must be quick before they’re gone.
