Bathtub Gin is venturing into even more heavenly perfumed lands, as they introduce a special edition candle to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III.
Made with pure essential oils and inspired by the English Tudor Rose, each candle comes as a gift with every bottle of Bathtub Gin’s Rose & Cardamom Seasonal Edition which is available now whilst stocks last. It’s a heavenly pairing, with the classic botanicals of the Bathtub Gin base providing a blissful backdrop to the floral bouquet and herbal warmth of this beautiful candle.
Rose and nutmeg is an exquisitely aromatic flavour combination; the sweet floral notes of rose mingle headily with cardamoms delicate spice. The pairing is found often in middle Eastern and Indian cookery and are key ingredients in ancient love spells.
Bathtub Gin takes its original cold compounded (or as they explain in layman’s terms “Double Infused”) recipe and add rose from natural steam-distilled petals to create an unmissable but not overpowering flavour. They then introduce cardamom from a cold-compounded tincture made separately so that the concentration can be controlled precisely.
As always, a hand drawn illustration of a Bathtub filled with roses and cardamom pods adorns the bottle which is hand wrapped, strung and waxed in Kent.
