Italian restaurant favourite ASK Italian has officially raised the bar with the launch of its most indulgent pizza menu to date, now available nationwide. The brand-new ‘Pizza a Mano’ range introduces bigger, bolder 14-inch, hand-stretched pizzas designed to quite literally spill over the plate.
Stone-baked fresh in-house, the new pizzas reflect a growing appetite for gourmet, artisanal dining experiences across the UK’s food scene. With prices starting from £13.50, the menu brings elevated ingredients, generous portions and modern Italian-inspired flavour combinations to ASK Italian restaurants across the country.
Bigger, Better, Hand-Stretched Pizza
At the heart of the launch is ASK Italian’s new 14-inch format – a size carefully chosen for optimal topping distribution and maximum indulgence. Each pizza is made using Wildfarmed 100% regenerative flour, supporting more sustainable farming practices while delivering a crisp yet airy base.
Finished edge-to-edge with olive oil and melted cheese, every pizza is cut at the table using scissors for an interactive, artisanal touch that reflects the brand’s Italian roots.

Crafted with Precision and Passion
Master Pizzaiolo Katy Pigg says the new menu was designed to elevate everything customers already love about ASK Italian pizzas.
“This isn’t your average pizza. There’s a real science behind the craft. Fourteen inches is the optimal size for topping balance, allowing flavours to spread to the edges without overloading the crust,” she explains.
“Everyone knows the joy of cutting the perfect pizza where every slice oozes cheese and the dough is crisp and caramelised. It’s mouth-watering before you even take the first bite.”
A New Era for ASK Italian
ASK Italian’s Marketing Director Jemma Townsend describes the launch as the biggest shake-up to the brand’s pizza offering in a generation.
“People crave satisfaction and craftsmanship when it comes to pizza. The UK has seen a major shift towards gourmet, artisanal styles, where it’s as much about the social experience as the food itself,” she says.
“Generous pizzas cut with scissors, premium ingredients and authentic techniques — that’s what we’re bringing to the table.”
According to recent data, the UK is now the fifth-largest consumer of pizza in Europe, with ASK Italian alone selling more than 900,000 pizzas last year.
