Created in Surrey by Wessex Gin Master Distillers and presented in a stunning rainbow bottle, RESPECT Gin contains juniper, coriander, angelica, orange, and lemon, to create a smooth and well-balanced gin. Think traditional London Dry Gin with a refreshing citrus twist!
A limited number of bottles of RESPECT Gin will be available online from 1st June on the Craft Gin Club website, for each bottle sold Craft Gin Club will donate £5 to Across Rainbows to support the LGBTQ+ community.

Rainbow Fizz
Ingredients:

50ml RESPECT GIN

25ml lemon juice
-
20ml simple syrup (available on the Craft Gin Club website)

Soda water, to top up

Orange slice, mint sprig and strawberry, to garnish
Method:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

Add your RESPECT GIN, lemon juice and simple syrup

Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice

Top up with soda, garnish with orange, and serve. Cheers!
