WESTFIELD LONDON LAUNCHES ‘FEEL THE FREQUENCY’ – A FREE LUXURY WELLNESS EXPERIENCE BLENDING SCIENCE AND SENSATION

Westfield London is redefining retail therapy this spring with the launch of Feel the Frequency, a free immersive wellness experience designed to reset your mind, body and energy. Running from 25 March to 4 April 2026, the 11-day event marks a major expansion of the centre’s premium health offering at The Village, positioning it as a new luxury wellbeing destination in London.

Blending cutting-edge neuroscience, mindful movement and functional wellness drinks, Feel the Frequency taps into the growing demand for science-backed, experiential self-care that fits seamlessly into modern life.

What Is Feel the Frequency?

Located on Level 0 at The Village, Westfield London, the immersive sensorium is completely free to enter, offering visitors a chance to explore breathwork, meditation, neurostimulation rituals and sensorial wellness bars across three thoughtfully curated zones.

The experience celebrates the evolution of The Village into a hub for high-end health services, medical innovation and luxury wellness brands — a shift that reflects how shopping centres are becoming lifestyle destinations.

Inside the Three Immersive Wellness Zones

SANCTUM Lab | Powered by SANCTUM

Global mindful movement brand SANCTUM brings its signature fusion of mindfulness, music and movement to Westfield.

In the SANCTUM Lab, guests can:

  • Experience 20-minute guided digital wellbeing sessions

  • Take part in affirmation practices

  • Reset through curated visual storytelling

There will also be live energiser sessions and affirmation workshops, including appearances from guest Mimi Ikonn. Expect music-led, high-intensity movement paired with breathwork designed to restore clarity and connection.

Mood Apothecary | Powered by G Spot

Founded by actor Gillian Anderson, G Spot is a bold functional soda brand blending adaptogens and nootropics to support mood, calm and energy.

At the Mood Apothecary, visitors can:

  • Take a personalised mood-match quiz

  • Receive a tailored functional soda

  • Explore an interactive ingredient and botanical library

Gillian Anderson said of the collaboration:

Workshops will also run throughout the event, bringing G Spot’s playful, unconventional take on wellness to life.

Synapse Spa | Powered by Samphire Neuroscience

Science takes centre stage at the Synapse Spa, powered by Samphire Neuroscience — a neurotech startup focused on advancing women’s health.

Guests can trial the Nettle headset, a non-invasive microcurrent device designed to support mood balance and cognitive wellbeing through brain-based innovation.

Neuroscientist and co-founder Dr Emilė Radytė will host talks on:

  • Endometriosis

  • PMS

  • Hormone-brain connections

  • Cognitive wellbeing

Visitors can also take home Cycle-Brain Guides detailing the latest research into the relationship between hormones and brain health.

This focus on women’s neuro-wellness reflects a wider industry shift towards personalised, data-driven health solutions.
