London pizza favourite Voodoo Ray’s has teamed up with snack brand OLLY’S to celebrate National Olive Day with a bold new olive-inspired collaboration landing in Dalston this June.
Running from June 1st to June 15th, the limited-edition menu is designed for dedicated olive lovers, featuring giant pizzas, olive-loaded toppings and unique dipping sauces created around OLLY’S popular flavoured olives.
The collaboration also coincides with the launch of OLLY’S new chilled olive pots, now arriving in Tesco and Sainsbury’s stores across the UK.
Free 22-Inch Olive Pizzas Available in Dalston
To celebrate the launch, Voodoo Ray’s Dalston will give away 50 free 22-inch “Big Olive Energy” pizzas from 12pm on June 1st on a first come, first served basis.
The oversized pizza is packed with more than 50 olives and puts the often-overlooked ingredient firmly in the spotlight.
The pizza features OLLY’S Smoky Red Pepper Olives layered over a harissa Napoli base and topped with whipped feta, preserved lemon, sumac, pulled lamb, fresh mint and pomegranate.
A vegetarian version will also be available, offering the same bold flavour profile without the lamb.
Olive-Inspired Slices and Dipping Sauces
Alongside the headline pizza, customers can also order Voodoo Ray’s popular Queen Vegan slice topped with OLLY’S Garlic & Basil olives for a fresh, herbaceous twist.
The collaboration also introduces three new olive-based dipping sauces:
- Piri Energy – a spicy piri piri olive mayo with citrus notes
- Zest Energy – a sharp lemon and garlic olive mayo
- Green Energy – a herb-packed chimichurri olive oil dip
The sauces are designed to complement the pizzas while showcasing the versatility of olives beyond traditional toppings.
