The new Ready-to-Pour Pancake Mix removes the usual prep associated with homemade pancakes. Instead of measuring ingredients or whisking batter, users simply shake the carton, pour the mix into a pan and cook.
Made with free-range eggs, the chilled pancake batter contains 32g of protein per pack and can make up to 10 pancakes. The lactose-free recipe has been created for consumers wanting a quick weekday breakfast, easy brunch option or protein-packed dessert.

Alongside the pancake launch, Two Chicks has also introduced Eggceptional Bites — a new savoury snack range packed with protein and designed for eating at home, at work or on the move.
Each pack contains two fluffy bites and delivers up to 15g of natural protein. The bites are available in two flavours:

- Cream Cheese & Herb
The products can be eaten hot or cold and are ready in under two minutes using a microwave, oven or air fryer.
The brand says the new snack line is designed to offer a healthier alternative to traditional grab-and-go snacks while still delivering convenience and flavour.
Anna Richey explained:
