This Saturday, The Sidemen Charity Match takes place at Wembley Stadium.
With kick off taking place at 3pm, the match will see The Sidemen taking over the iconic stadium for an unmissable charity football match between the world’s most prominent digital names. Wembley Stadium is the biggest stadium in the UK with a capacity of 90,000 people.
All 90,000 tickets sold out in 3 hours so for those not lucky enough to be in the venue, they can join the livestream on The Sidemen’s YouTube channel.
Winning 8-5 at the last Charity Match, Sidemen FC will be looking to retain their title. While we don’t know who’s on Sidemen FC and who’s on YouTube Allstars, The Sidemen have been announcing everyone involved in the match over the past few weeks.
With Speed announced as the captain of YouTube Allstars live on ESPN last night, this Saturday is set to be the best yet. Speed is joining a line-up including Chunkz, George Clarke, Kai Cenat, Deji, Max Fosh, Joe Weller, Fanum, JME, Sketch and more.
The Sidemen will of course also be playing. The seven members of the pioneering YouTube group are made up of Olajide ‘JJ’ Olatunji (KSI), Simon Minter (Miniminter), Joshua Bradley (Zerkaa), Tobit ‘Tobi’ Brown (TBJZL), Ethan Payne (Behzinga), Vikram Singh Barn (Vikkstar123), and Harry Lewis (W2S). They went from making gaming content in their bedrooms to running a multi-million pound internet empire. They have over 100 million subscribers between them, 22 million subscribers on their main YouTube channel and 6 billion views globally.
Since the inaugural charity football match in 2015, the seven best friends have sold out games, and the last match alone raised over £2.4million for charities Teenage Cancer Trust and CALM.
The 2025 match is in aid of Bright Side, BBC Children in Need and M7 Education.
