The collaboration brings together world-class rosé with STK’s signature bold energy, to deliver a season of spectacular al fresco experiences of crafted cocktails, sleek surroundings, and a distinctly London take on summer dining.
Rosé is, of course, at the heart of the drinks list, with exclusive cocktails designed around Whispering Angel’s crisp, floral profile. The Blushing Sunset combines the wine’s aromatic character with Aperol and sweet peach liqueur for a bittersweet twist, while the elegant Elderflower Kiss leans bright and refreshing, pairing Whispering Angel with elderflower liqueur, lime juice and mint. Each creation is designed to suit all occasions, from slow daytime sips to long afternoons that blur seamlessly into night.
Food highlights include favourites such as Smoked Brisket Sliders, loaded with pickled mustard slaw and STK’s signature sauce. The renowned STK Burger serves up a juicy 7oz patty, stacked with American cheese, pickles, tomato, and truffle fries on the side for the ultimate feast, while light, summery accompaniments round out the menu to pair perfectly with the rosé-led cocktails.
A curated line-up of DJs will bring the soundtrack to match – laid-back by day, building up to the energetic late-night, set against a backdrop of slick interiors and terrace vibes.
