Shake Shack will roll-out a Sichuan-inspired Chilli Crisp menu in collaboration with Fly By Jing, marking the launch of the artisan brand in the UK.
Jing Gao founded Fly By Jing in 2018, inspired by flavours of her hometown in Chengdu, China and its famous fly restaurants— soulful hole-in-the-wall eateries so good they attract diners like flies.
“This new menu was inspired by the bold flavors and natural ingredients of Fly By Jing’s Chili Crisp. With its signature, tingly Sichuan heat and savory spices, Fly By Jing’s Chili Crisp is a truly delicious pairing to our crispy chicken.” says Jim Frisch, Shake Shack’s International Culinary Director.

Crinkle-cut fries topped with spicy Sichuan chilli crisp, and Shack cheese sauce.
