VALORANT is getting a chaotic new twist this August as Red Bull launches REVERSE META, a creator-led 5v5 showdown where teams will have to abandon conventional strategies and adapt to whatever challenges the spin of a wheel throws their way.
Taking place on 29 August 2026 at the Red Bull Gaming Sphere in London, the event will bring together some of the UK’s most recognisable gaming creators for a LAN competition designed to test their VALORANT skills in unexpected ways.
Tubbo Leads Creator Team Against FNATIC
Minecraft and variety creator Tubbo will lead a team featuring Tenshi, Andruwu, Jonnaay and Seapeekay, going head-to-head with players representing esports organisation FNATIC.
With a mixture of competitive experience, streaming personalities and different playstyles, the teams will need to constantly rethink their approach as the match progresses.
Rather than following the standard VALORANT formula, REVERSE META will introduce a new challenge through a gameshow-style wheelspin, with the result determining how teams must approach the next round.
Expect Weapon Restrictions, No-Sound Rounds and More
