For one night only this June, Prince Arthur in Belgravia is partnering with celebrated Italian wine producer Antinori for an intimate tasting dinner that brings together some of Tuscany’s most revered wines and a bespoke menu from Head Chef Juan Ruiz.
Hosted in the restaurant’s private dining room, the exclusive evening will guide guests through a curated selection of Antinori wines, from the iconic Tignanello to the elegant Cervaro della Sala – arguably the ultimate unmissable event of the season for wine lovers and fine dining enthusiasts alike.
The story of Antinori stretches back more than 600 years, with the family widely regarded as one of the most influential names in Italian winemaking. Throughout the evening, guests will be guided by an Antinori Ambassador, exploring a collection of wines that have helped define modern Tuscan wine while remaining deeply rooted in tradition and craftsmanship.
The menu has been designed specifically to complement each wine served throughout the evening. Highlights include Turbot Dripping Potatoes with Osietra Caviar and Crème Fraîche, Herefordshire Beef with Potato Pavé and Plum Jus, and Chocolate Mousse with Blueberries and Mint, alongside pairings including Franciacorta Cuvée Royale Marchese Antinori, Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva, and the acclaimed Tignanello 2021.
Leading the menu is Head Chef Juan Ruiz, whose career has taken him through acclaimed kitchens across Spain, Ireland, and beyond. Drawing influence from Spanish, Peruvian, Nordic, Mediterranean, and French culinary traditions, his cooking combines technical precision with bold flavours and a laser focus on the exceptional ingredients Price Arthur is known to live by.
Belgravia’s Prince Arthur has developed a deep culinary following for its Basque-inspired creations that centre around a bespoke wood-fired grill imported from Spain, and its enviable wine list to match. In a neighbourhood defined by discreet dining rooms and polished eateries, it delivers a more expressive dining experience, capturing the energy of the warm Mediterranean right in the heart of the capital.
The Antinori Wine Dinner takes place on Thursday 4th June at 7pm at Prince Arthur Belgravia, 11 Pimlico Road, London SW1W 8NA. Tickets are priced at £200 per person and can be purchased right here.
