With all the World Cup viewing parties, why not make a healthier snack for your family and friends? We tried out the mini deep-dish pepperoni pizza recipe from WW (formerly known as WeightWatchers) cookbook.
Mini deep-dish pepperoni pizzas
The versatile muffin tin also turns out perfectly portioned pizzas! We topped our mini pizzas with pepperoni, but feel free to experiment with extras like sautéed peppers, onions and mushrooms.

Ingredients
- Calorie controlled cooking spray
- 400g sourdough pizza base dough
- 200g pizza sauce
- 125g light mozzarella cheese, grated
- 50g pepperoni slices, chopped
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan 170°C, gas mark 5. Mist a 12-hole nonstick muffin tin with cooking spray. Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and press into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin hole.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the pizza sauce, 1½ tablespoons of cheese and 1 tablespoon of pepperoni into each dough-lined muffin hole.
- Bake the pizzas for 15-20 minutes, until the crusts are browned. Let cool for 3-4 minutes before removing.
