NEW YEAR, NEW TALENT AS KERB’S SEVEN DIALS MARKET WELCOMES HUGE CHANGE

KERB, a hospitality organisation founded in 2012, focused on delivering impact, opportunity and joy through great food, announces huge changes for the new year at Seven Dials Market.
Some of KERB’s hottest talent will be joining the line up at their flagship food hall in Covent Garden from 23rd January. Introducing Motherflipper, Kolkati, Lucky’s Hot Chicken and Los Gordos.

MOTHERFLIPPER

Mother Flipper is the epitome of a dirty, delicious cheeseburger. One of their ultimate offerings, The Dirty Barbie features candy bacon, candy onion and BBQ sauce and more. Motherflipper is one of KERB’s longest standing members, joining at KERB’s inception in 2012. They’ve been regulars on the events circuit ever since and in 2023 were KERB Events’s top revenue-generating member.

KOLKATI

Kolkati’s Indian kati wraps are a taste sensation of masala chicken or paneer, fresh coriander, tomato, green chilli, pink pickled onions, coconut and a squeeze of lime with coriander raita and tamarind and date ketchup, all wrapped in a flaky, buttery paratha. Kolkati is an original KERB member, having begun trading at KERB Camden Market in 2016.

LUCKY’S HOT CHICKEN

Lucky’s Hot Chicken has three huge hot fried sandos to choose from, plus wings, strips and sides. Founder Ben Cook is so dedicated to nailing his Southern fried chicken sandwiches that he frequently visits Nashville on research trips. Lucky’s Hot Chicken joined KERB’s inKERBator in 2017 and have gone on to trade with KERB at markets, events, and most recently, a two year residency in The Understudy at the National Theatre.

LOS GORDOS

Ex-Padella chef, Sebastian Clavijo Largo slings delicious tacos with a Colombian twist. Gorge on buttermilk fried chicken tacos marinated in orange and lemon juice, or plant-based burnt citrus mushroom tacos washed down with frozen margaritas. Los Gordos is a fresh graduate of inKERBator, completing the programme in 2022.
KERB have been at the heart of London’s street food scene for years, creating space for new talent to thrive and expand their businesses. KERB invests in members by providing support across mentorship, trading, exposure and resource.
The four exiting traders, Club Mexicana, Truffle, El Pollote and Curry on Naanstop have built credible reputations supported by KERB and now own nine bricks and mortar sites.
