Formula 1 champion Lando Norris has officially joined the star-studded line-up at Madame Tussauds London, with the world-famous attraction unveiling the racing star’s first-ever wax figure ahead of the 2026 British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
The new figure, which will be available for visitors from 30 June 2026, celebrates a remarkable period in Norris’ career following his maiden Formula 1 World Drivers’ Championship victory in 2025. The figure will take pride of place at the Baker Street attraction alongside some of the world’s biggest sporting icons, including fellow Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton and England football captain Harry Kane.
Lando Norris Comes Face-to-Face With His Wax Figure
Newly released footage shows Norris meeting his wax figure for the very first time, marking the culmination of a detailed creative process involving Madame Tussauds London’s team of artists.
The figure captures the McLaren driver’s likeness in extraordinary detail and is dressed in an authentic papaya-coloured McLaren race suit donated by Norris himself. Completing the look are his race boots and a replica of the helmet worn during the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, where he secured the championship-winning result that delivered his first Formula 1 world title.
Speaking about the experience, Norris said:
“Seeing the figure finished and standing next to it is pretty surreal – it really is like looking at another version of me. The artists have really nailed the details; it’s so lifelike.”
The British racing star added that donating one of his own race suits would help make the figure feel even more authentic for fans visiting the attraction.
A Major Moment for the Reigning F1 Champion
Norris has become one of Formula 1’s biggest global stars since making his debut with McLaren in 2019. Following a series of race victories, he secured his first Formula 1 World Drivers’ Championship in 2025, cementing his place among the sport’s elite.
His addition to Madame Tussauds London reflects his growing influence both on and off the track, with the attraction describing him as one of the most popular figures in modern sport.
Steve Blackburn, General Manager of Madame Tussauds London, said:
“It’s amazing to finally reveal Lando Norris’s figure to the public. We’re incredibly grateful to Lando for donating key race suit items – it really brings the figure to life.”
