Launching from 6 July 2026, the premium chocolatier’s new Summer Coolers range introduces four layered iced drinks that combine bold flavours, real high-cacao chocolate and vibrant colours—perfect for both cooling down and filling up your social media feed.
Available exclusively at Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser Cafés throughout the summer, the limited-time menu offers a fresh take on iced chocolate drinks with fruity twists and espresso-infused creations.

Hotel Chocolat says the new Summer Coolers have been created with both flavour and presentation in mind. Each drink starts with finely milled iced drinking chocolate before being carefully layered with a complementary second flavour, creating striking swirls and contrasting colours.
The result is a drink that’s designed to deliver a multi-sensory experience, combining the chill of an ice-cold beverage with rich chocolate aromas, bold flavours and visually impressive layers.

A tropical-inspired combination featuring juicy Morello cherry layered over mellow chocolate, finished with sweet mango notes for a fruity, refreshing finish.
Raspberry Brûlée
This dessert-inspired cooler blends tangy raspberry with creamy crème brûlée flavours, complete with hints of vanilla, caramelised sugar and Hotel Chocolat’s signature high-cacao chocolate.
Iced Mochas

Coffee lovers can enjoy a blend of double espresso, natural banana and buttery caramel mixed with iced chocolate for a smooth, indulgent drink.
Double Chocolate
For those who can’t get enough chocolate, this richer option combines velvety iced chocolate, chocolate sauce and a double shot of espresso for an extra caffeine kick.

According to Ian Mackie, Head of Velvetiser Café at Hotel Chocolat, the drinks were created to reflect the growing role café beverages play in both social gatherings and online culture.

So, I’m excited for people to try these layered drinks as it’s something we’ve never offered before.
