FLOOZIE COOKIES LAUNCHES 24-PART SUMMER DESSERT COLLECTION INSPIRED BY GLOBAL TRAVELS!

London dessert lovers are in for a treat this summer as Floozie Cookies unveils its ambitious new “Around the World in 80 Days” campaign — a globe-trotting dessert collection inspired by founder Kimberly Lin’s travels across 24 countries.

Running from June 1 to September 6, the limited-edition collection will introduce three new internationally inspired cookie flavours every two weeks at the brand’s Covent Garden store and online for nationwide delivery.

A Summer of Internationally Inspired Cookies

Known for its indulgent stuffed cookies and creative flavour combinations, Floozie Cookies is taking customers on a culinary journey this summer with an 18-cookie line-up inspired by destinations including Japan, Mozambique, Denmark, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and the UK.

The campaign has been created by founder Kimberly Lin, whose pastry career includes senior roles at luxury hospitality names including Claridge’s, The Savoy, Corinthia London and Dominique Ansel Bakery.

Lin says the collection is less about recreating traditional desserts and more about capturing memories through flavour.

“I’ve never thought of these as travel memories. They’re ingredient memories. Every country taught me something about flavour that I couldn’t have learned in a kitchen. This campaign is my attempt to give people a taste of what I actually found there.”

The Stories Behind the Cookies

Each cookie in the collection reflects a personal moment from Lin’s travels, turning nostalgic food memories into inventive dessert creations.

Japan-Inspired Miso Dulce Marshmallow Cookie

One standout flavour takes inspiration from Japan, where Lin spent months adjusting to life far from home. Cold winter commutes and warm cans of vending machine milk tea inspired a miso dulce marshmallow cookie designed to balance sweet and savoury notes.

Mozambique-Inspired Brown Butter & Guava Cookie

A month spent surfing along Mozambique’s coastline inspired another flavour: a brown butter cookie layered with guava jam, reflecting beachside butter biscuits eaten beneath star-filled skies.

Denmark’s Flødebolle-Inspired Creation

Lin also revisits a memorable trip to Denmark, where dining at Noma left a lasting impression. Surprisingly, it was a simple flødebolle — Denmark’s iconic chocolate-covered marshmallow treat — that became the inspiration for one of the campaign’s most nostalgic cookies.

Summer Shakes and Limited-Edition Snacks

Beyond cookies, the campaign also introduces four themed summer drinks and two exclusive snack items inspired by additional destinations.

Highlights include:

  • A Kalamansi passionfruit lemonade inspired by Vietnam
  • A Rhubarb and Custard Milkshake representing the UK
  • Limited-edition snacks influenced by Cambodian and Sri Lankan flavours

The wider menu aims to complete the “24-country” concept, giving customers a fully immersive summer dessert experience.

From Lockdown Pop-Up to London Dessert Favourite

Floozie Cookies first launched as a pop-up in Covent Garden in December 2020. As lockdown restrictions returned shortly after opening, the business quickly pivoted to nationwide delivery, reportedly selling more than 15,000 cookies before March the following year.

Today, the brand has become one of London’s most recognisable gourmet cookie names, known for oversized stuffed cookies and rotating seasonal specials.

Customers can explore the “Around the World in 80 Days” collection in-store or online via Floozie Cookies’ official website from June 1 through September 6.
