EA SPORTS FC Pro, the official esports programme for EA SPORTS FC, and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) announced the return of the eChampions League. The programme will once again bring together Europe’s top EA SPORTS FC players to compete for the most prestigious trophy in European club football esports. With an all-new format that more closely mirrors the UEFA Champions League, the eChampions League will feature premier competition throughout the month of May, culminating with the live finale in Munich, Germany.

FC Pro Leagues (Ongoing)
The journey to the eChampions League is already underway as Europe’s best players battle for qualification directly through FC Pro Leagues. Top-ranked players from European partner programs – ePremier League, LaLiga FC Pro, Virtual Bundesliga, KPN eDivisie, and more – are not only battling for domestic glory, but also a coveted spot in the eChampions League.
League Phase (May 16-17)
For the first time, all 36 qualified pros will compete in the new League Phase. Across two action-packed days, each player will compete in six games against other qualified European FC Pro League talent, vying for a chance to advance to the Knockout Phase.
Knockout Phase (May 18)
The top 24 players will then go head-to-head in a single-elimination competition, with only eight spots up for grabs at the in-person finals.
eChampions League Finals (May 28)
This year’s eChampions League will come to a thrilling conclusion at Eisbach Studios in Munich on May 28. In addition to experiencing the action firsthand, attendees will have exclusive access to the eChampions League fan activation area, featuring a showcase of historic UEFA Champions League memorabilia.
