World Chocolate Day is arriving on 7th July, and Covent Garden’s Doughnation has teamed up with Soho chocolate specialists Cocomelt to celebrate with a collaboration that’s set to take chocolate indulgence to delicious new territory. Available throughout July, the new CocoNation Triple Choc Slice will be baking together Doughnation’s pizza expertise and Cocomelt’s Belgian chocolate credentials in one decadent dessert – and the ultimate limited-edition treat landing in London this summer for chocolate lovers.
Built upon Doughnation’s signature pizza base, the CocoNation Triple Choc Slice features a rich layer of mascarpone drizzled with white, milk, and dark Belgian Cocomelt chocolate. Topped with meringue pieces, dried raspberries, and fresh mint, it also comes with a side pot of Belgian white chocolate dip to guarantee that even the final crust can be savoured in chocolatey style.
If the chocolate itself wasn’t tempting enough, Doughnation is also adding an extra incentive on launch day. Anyone ordering the CocoNation Triple Choc Slice on 7th July will also be treated to a complimentary XL Spritz to top off their experience.
Both central London hotspots have developed a cult following around them, Doughnation for artisan pizzas crafted from carefully sourced ingredients, and Cocomelt for its extravagant chocolate creations, speciality drinks, and viral aesthetics.
