RuPaul’s Drag Race superstar, Elektra Fence, has spoofed the new video of Kim Kardashian announcing she is the new Chief Taste Consultant for Beyond Meat.
Kim shared the video with her 314m Instagram followers last week, showing her ‘eating’ some of the food and playfully interacting with two ‘chefs’ in the background.
The video has been met with widespread confusion, and mockery, from fans who see her say the burger is delicious but not properly eat it. Not to mention the ultra-pristine shots, awkward fist pump and ‘taste’ gaff.
Drag icon, Elektra, teamed up with UK plant-based favourite, THIS™, to deliver the spoof. She’s seen pretending to bite into a burger, failing to fist pump and throwing food into the wall in a hilarious take on the video. The 56 sec clip has gone viral and is quickly becoming one of the most entertaining parodies this year.
