This spring a brand new food festival celebrating the love of all things-between-bread is popping up in North London, slicing up the scene to celebrate the nation’s favourite comfort food, the humble sandwich.
Introducing Sarnie Party in partnership with Camden Town Brewery, hosted at their iconic Kentish Town Beer Hall from 17th to 19th May. Embracing their unbridled appreciation of the ultimate snack, Sarnie Party brings together a stellar line up of UK’s hottest chefs and sandwich shops for this inaugural weekend bash. This talented bunch have been tasked with creating never-before-seen special sandwiches, crafted exclusively for the festival. Expect old-school English reworked classics, superbly stuffed sourdough and tantalising toasties.
The UK’s sandwich scene has evolved into a culinary phenomenon, showcasing global flavours and culinary creativity between two slices of bread. Each day guests can expect a different line up featuring London heavyweights Dom’s Subs, Mondo Sandos, Rogues Sandwiches, The Black Pig, Ruben’s Reubens, Deeney’s, and even ice cream sandwiches from Happy Endings, among others. Repping from outside the capital are Picnic Margate, Big Deal’s Bodega and secret special guests from leading regenerative flour suppliers, Wildfarmed.
The brainchild of London’s eventing entrepreneurs, seasoned festival curator Molly Hutchinson and Allie Behr of Hot Sauce Society, Sarnie Party promises to bring the stuffing that dreams are made of alongside the upper crust of the UK’s food industry.
Tickets are £30/per session and includes x3 sandwiches servings and a Camden Town Beer on entry. Expect music and entertainment from a host of local DJ’s and drag queens ensuring an evening of non-stop entertainment.
Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased online via the Sarnie Party website.
