YO! SUSHI LAUNCHES HEART-SHAPED VALENTINE’S MENU AND SUSHI SCHOOL EXPERIENCES FOR FEBRUARY

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, and if candlelit dinners feel a little predictable this year, YO! has a fresher idea on the menu. This February, the much-loved Japanese restaurant brand is serving up a limited-edition Valentine’s menu alongside its interactive YO! Sushi School experience — offering couples, friends and first-date adventurers a playful way to celebrate.

Whether you’re planning a romantic date night, a fun Galentine’s outing or simply want to bond over beautifully rolled sushi, YO!’s Valentine’s offerings are all about sharing, learning and eating very well.

Heart-Shaped Sushi Takes Centre Stage

Nothing says love quite like sushi made to share — especially when it’s heart-shaped. For a limited time only, YO! is introducing its Valentine’s Tartare, a pink, playful dish designed to be enjoyed together. The new menu item features fresh salmon tartare served with diced chilli, beetroot mayo, white sesame seeds and delicate edible flowers.

For those wanting a little extra indulgence, the Valentine’s Sharer Platter combines the Tartare with two salmon nigiri and a six-piece cucumber maki, making it ideal for date nights or small group celebrations.

From 10th to 15th February, the Valentine’s menu will be available in YO! restaurants nationwide, with selected dishes also landing in supermarkets for at-home celebrations.

Learn to Roll at YO! Sushi School

With nearly 30 years of sushi expertise, YO! is also inviting guests behind the scenes with its popular Sushi School experience. During the relaxed, two-hour session, guests are guided by YO! sushi masters as they learn knife skills, rolling techniques and the traditions behind authentic Japanese sushi.

Designed for both beginners and confident home cooks, Sushi School offers a fun, hands-on way to connect — perfect for couples looking for something different this Valentine’s Day.

What’s Included in the YO! Sushi School Experience?

Each two-hour Sushi School session starts from £34.95 per person and includes:
