Where To Go Now: Yard Sale Pizza

This April is all about the pub at Yard Sale Pizza! The much-loved independent pizza joint, Yard Sale Pizza, which was recently voted London’s favourite pizza by Time Out readers, is celebrating the cornerstone of British culture with its latest special pizza and a beer brewed in collaboration with Gipsy Hill Brewery.

Yard Sale Pizza will be serving a brand new pizza which pays tribute to iconic pub flavours: cheese & onion. The Two Pints of Lager and a Packet Of… pizza will be topped with Lincolnshire Poacher, courtesy of The Cheese Bar, onions braised in Gipsy Hill’s beer and Yard Sale Pizza’s very own slow cooked tomato sauce and fior di latte mozzarella.

The pizza will then be finished with the customer’s choice of powdered pub snack: pickled onion Monster Munch, Scampi Fries or pork scratchings, to sprinkle onto your pizza when it arrives.

To pair with the pub pizza, Yard Sale has worked with South London brewery Gipsy Hill to brew their first collaboration beer – Sliceworld. Sliceworld is the perfect pizza partner; a cold IPA which offers the crispness of lager alongside the juicy aromatics and rolling tropical fruits of a pale ale from the El Dorado, Idaho 7 and Citra hops.

The pub celebration pizza will kick off on Wednesday 6th April and will be around for less than a month with the last chance to grab a pint and slice on Tuesday 3rd May. The pizza will be available for home delivery or collection across all Yard Sale Pizza locations, for dine-in at select Yard Sale Pizza shops and across all their pub partners, with the powdered pub snack toppings available to add to the rest of the menu too.

What’s more, the limited edition beer will be available to enjoy at the pub alongside it! A selection of Yard Sale Pizza’s pub partners will be exclusively offering Sliceworld on draught alongside the Two Pints of Lager and a Packet Of…  pizza, with the beer available in cans across Yard Sale’s shops directly. Their pub partners include beloved London boozers such as The Chesham Arms, Bank of Friendship and Gipsy Hill Brewery themselves.

The pizza will be priced at £12 for a 12” and £22.60 for an 18”. The Monster Munch version is vegetarian and can be made vegan or gluten-free on request.

Two Pints of Lager and a Packet Of… and Sliceworld will be available from 6th April until 3rd May across all Yard Sale Pizza locations and pub partner locations.
