KERB Counter is a brand new concept from KERB Food which opened in February. It is a rotating residency kitchen which features up and coming chefs and food outlets.
The first residency was taken up by ‘From the Ashes’ who served up delicious treats from their Mexican inspired BBQ.
Owner and Founder Lily Lettuce is turning her undeniable skills with steak to a variety of excellently sourced vegetables, meat and fish to create bold and tasty small plates that showcase spring produce. Lily has built a relationship with independent suppliers such as Common Sanity Hot Sauce and Dr Sting’s Hot Honey over the years, and is championing them in this new menu at Counter.
The menu features incredible highlights such as Steak Tartare and Crispy Lamb Ribs.
They have just launched a new Mini HAUSmate deal which is on offer every Wednesday. For just £11, indulge in a main course, their signature potato string fries and a pint of Gipsy Hill’s KERB beer.
