This March, Gaucho will launch its brand-new Smoke & Fire Brunch, a first-of-its-kind experience embracing ‘zebra striping’, a growing trend of alternating alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks during a meal.
Research shows that a quarter of UK drinkers are opting for this balanced approach. In response, Gaucho has curated a brunch that allows guests to enjoy both bold, smoky cocktails and sophisticated alcohol-free alternatives, all while indulging in a specially curated Argentine-inspired menu.
Launching on Saturday 15th March and available every Saturday thereafter from 12:30pm to 2:30pm at Gaucho Piccadilly and Gaucho Broadgate, the Smoke & Fire Brunch promises an afternoon of electrifying entertainment, bold flavours, and a revolutionary drinking experience.
For £30 per person, guests can enjoy a 90-minute drinks package featuring a bespoke selection of Gaucho’s finest signature smoky cocktails and alcohol-free cocktails.
Expertly crafted by Gaucho’s bar team, the drinks have been designed to offer a wide variety of exquisite options. Whether embracing the zebra striping trend or preferring a fully alcoholic or non-alcoholic brunch, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Alongside the drinks, guests will be treated to an indulgent fire and smoke feast, showcasing the rich flavours of premium Argentine beef and Gaucho’s signature favourites, expertly cooked over an open flame. The food is charged in addition to the bottomless drinks package and all steaks come with bottomless chips and unlimited chimichurri sauce.
The meal begins with a selection of Latin-inspired small plates, designed to deliver bold flavours and exciting textures. Diners can enjoy delicately seasoned Beef Tartare Tostadas, while those who love smoky, crispy textures can opt for moreish Corn Ribs and Yuca Chips.
For the main course, guests can savour Gaucho’s renowned premium steaks, grilled to perfection and served with bottomless chips and unlimited chimichurri. Other indulgent options include Steak & Eggs, or Baked Celeriac with wild mushrooms and black truffle cremate.
To round off the experience, guests can indulge in a range of desserts From Gaucho’s famous Dulce de Leche Cheesecake to the decedent Chocolate Torte.
Bookings are now open, so secure your spot at Gaucho Piccadilly or Gaucho Broadgate for an unforgettable brunch like no other.
