The Great Outdoors range takes inspiration from timeless Americana styling and outdoor archive pieces, inspired by nature, freedom and self-expression. This autumn it’s all about reconnecting with nature, whilst maintaining a strong sense of cosiness and comfort. The pack is full of heritage-driven looks, featuring outdoor-inspired checks and melange yarn fabrics.
Highlighted by comfortable heritage flannel plaids, brushed melange cloth and archive graphic prints, the collection contains remodelled classic silhouettes with new construction, styling and fabrics, including the Pedro Bay vest and pants, checked jackets and unisex accessories. These are key staple pieces that have been modernised whilst retaining their original timeless character.
An 8oz brushed flannel runs throughout the collection, which has a soft, cosy feel and is executed in two different checks – an oversized blue check on a white background and a red shadow check with an ecru base. Another key material is our iconic 66 cloth that runs through many core Dickies styles such as the 874 workpant, this time updated with a melange yarn.
