Ingredients
3cl Monkey 47 gin
2 dashes simple syrup
1.5cl lemon juice
6 cl champagne
Method
- Combine the gin, syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake vigorously and strain into an iced champagne
- Stir gently and serve
