BACARDÍ Rum invites rum fans to share the love this Valentine’s Day by partnering with Primrose Bakery to launch a limited edition BACARDÍ Rum-antic cupcake and cocktails kit, designed to let that special someone know you’re totally coco-nuts about them. What better way to say ‘I love you’ than with personalised, rum-infused cupcakes?
Available to purchase via Primrose Bakery for just £30, the cupcake kits allow you to put the rum in rum-ance and make your feelings clear to your Valentine – or Palentine – by giving BFFs and lovers the option to personalise 6 rum-infused cupcakes with a heartfelt message.
The kits will be accompanied with a choice between two bottles from BACARDÍ’s growing range of flavoured rums – BACARDÍ Raspberry, a crisp blend of white rum with sweet and tangy raspberry flavours, or BACARDÍ Coconut, a sumptuous coconut flavoured rum-based spirit that is sure to transport you to a tropical island at first sip.
Both flavours can be enjoyed poured over ice with just a sweet but simple mixer, or as an ingredient in a more elaborate, but equally as delectable, Valentine’s cocktail recipe.
The cupcakes themselves will come in three varieties, infused with BACARDÍ Coconut, BACARDÍ Raspberry and BACARDÍ Spiced, the brand’s top-selling spiced rum blend. Each kit will contain two of each delicious flavour.
Should your loved one wish to add a burst of rum flavour to the cupcake’s icing, the kits also come with heart-shaped pipettes to help them take their cupcakes to the next level. Just one pipette of delicious BACARDÍ Rum into the top of their cupcake is all that is needed to guarantee love at first bite!
For the perfect rum-antic experience, they can also try their hand at making the simple, yet delicious cocktail recipes included, or if they’re feeling inventive, they can easily dream up their own cocktail creations using these sweet but versatile BACARDÍ flavours.

Ingredients
- 50 ml BACARDÍ Raspberry
- 150 ml lemonade
- Fresh raspberries
Method
Build over cubed ice in a highball. Muddle in a couple of fresh raspberries for an extra touch of pink. Stir and garnish with 2 raspberries on a skewer.
BACARDÍ Love Potion
Ingredients
- 50 ml BACARDÍ Raspberry
- 50 ml cranberry juice
- 50 ml sparkling wine

Build in a glass and garnish with two squeezed lime wedges.
