GREEN WITH ENVY
This St. Patrick’s Day, sip on something as vibrant as the celebrations – our Green With Envy cocktail is fresh, flavourful, and undeniably festive. Made with Jameson Original and all-natural ingredients, this refreshing drink is the perfect way to raise a glass to the luck of the Irish.
Ingredients:
- 45ml Jameson Original [RRP £25]
- 1 leaf basil
- 30ml lemon
- 45ml prosecco
Method:
- 30ml simple syrup (add 250ml boiling water to 250g white granulated sugar and stir well to dissolve. Allow to cool, bottle and refrigerate.)
- Glass: Chilled tall glass with ice
- Method: Lightly muddle basil leaves in your cocktail shaker, then add all ingredients except the prosecco and shake well with ice. Double strain into a chilled tall glass and fill with ice. Top with prosecco and garnish with basil leaf.
SHAKING THE POT
The combination of mandarin notes, with lime, apricot and vanilla are the perfect accompaniment to amplify the tasting notes of Jameson Single Pot Still to add some elegance to your St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.
Ingredients:
- 40ml Jameson Single Pot Still
- 1 heaped tsp apricot Jam
- 10ml Mandarin Napoleon (or orange liqueur)
- 20ml lime juice
- 5ml vanilla syrup
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in cocktail shaker
- Strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with lime zest
