Warner Bros. has just released the new trailer for Moonshot, the quirky romantic comedy set in space. Moonshot will be available to watch on 31 March on Hulu.
As a 20-something, Sophie (Lana Condor) is still figuring out her life, but at least she has her long-term boyfriend Calvin (Mason Gooding). Well, that is until Calvin decides to move to Mars. Yes, that Mars. Now that temporary science job posting he’s accepted is starting to look very permanent to Sophie.
Sophie’s friend Walt is also in a dilemma. At first, he is very content with his unambiguous barista job but then he meets Ginny (Emily Rudd) and after a night of…’stargazing’, Walt is convinced he’s found the one. Only problem is that the next morning Ginny’s gone off to catch her ride to Mars.
Now Walt and Sophie join forces and hatch a plan to reunite significant others, embarking upon a lively journey that winds up taking them both wildly and unexpectedly off course.
Moonshot, dubbed “the romantic comedy with a twist” Moonshot is directed by Christopher Winterbauer and will be available to stream online 31 March 2022.
