EA SPORTS and UEFA have officially wrapped the qualifying stages for UEFA eEURO 2025, revealing the eight finalists who will compete for a $100,000 prize pool and a spot in the FC Pro World Championship Play-Ins. The grand finals take place 13 December 2025 at the iconic Twickenham Stadium in London, setting the stage for one of esports’ biggest international football events.
“At its core, the eEURO celebrates what makes international football so powerful — national pride and passionate fandom,” said Monica Dinsmore, Head of Esports at EA. “We can’t wait to see the world’s top EA SPORTS FC competitors represent their nations and battle to become Europe’s best.”
A Returning Champion & Europe’s Best Talent
UEFA eEURO returns after Denmark’s Anders “Vejrgang” Vejrgang lifted the inaugural trophy in 2024. With a global reputation as one of the most dominant players in EA SPORTS FC, Vejrgang enters 2025 ready to defend his title against a stacked roster of seasoned pros and breakout stars.
This year’s competition began on 18–19 October, with Swiss-style group stages and a double-elimination bracket narrowing 50 participating nations down to the final eight.
