This National BBQ Week (25–31 May), London’s premium butcher Turner & George is stepping in to rescue the nation’s grill game with the launch of its new “SOS: Save Our Sausages” hotline — a dedicated lifeline for anyone struggling to master the barbecue.

Running throughout the week, the initiative is designed to help everyone from complete beginners to confident grillers elevate their BBQ skills, avoid common mistakes, and make the most of the summer cooking season.

A BBQ Hotline for Grill Disasters, Questions and Everything in Between

Whether it’s dry burgers, burnt steaks, undercooked chicken, or sausages that just won’t behave, Turner & George is inviting barbecue lovers to send in their biggest grilling dilemmas.
