- The person is real and physically present
- Their face matches their profile photos
Once verified, users receive Tinder’s Photo Verified badge, signalling authenticity to potential matches.
The feature also detects if the same face appears across multiple accounts—adding an extra layer of protection against impersonation and fraudulent activity.
