This summer, The MAINE Ibiza is pleased to enter its second season on the Balearic island following a sensational inaugural year in 2023. The restaurant, located in a carefully restored 18th-century finca near the small church of Sant Francesc de S’Estany, has become one of the most sought-after hotspots in Ibiza. It features a 200-cover alfresco dining area spread across two levels, offering a locally inspired menu, magnificent mixology, and a thoughtfully crafted entertainment program.
As well as the main restaurant this summer The MAINE Ibiza is proud to also welcome Casa M into its second season. A summer pop-up within The MAINE Ibiza, Casa M serves a Lebanese mezze menu inspired by The MAINE Group’s Founder, Joey Ghazal’s Phoenician roots. Open from 4-9 pm, Casa M caters to Ibiza’s late lunch goers and those who wish to dine post-beach while enjoying the island’s stunning sunset. Casa M’s menu includes a selection of mezze dishes such as fish tagine, fried cauliflower tahini, stuffed vine leaves, and grilled artichokes. The predominantly vegetarian menu also features a selection of tacos and platters. On the drinks front, pitchers take centre stage, offering a variety of sangrias, including cava, white wine, and red wine.
The main restaurant’s menu will follow the same direction as last year, offering a blackboard menu of vibrant, healthy bowls, vegetarian and vegan options, and Mediterranean market platters using fresh, locally sourced produce. As with The MAINE’s other global outposts, there will be a well-stocked raw bar, a selection of steaks, chops and large cuts, as well as some lighter sharing plates.
The MAINE Ibiza is ideally located by the picturesque salt flats of Salinas, a UNESCO World Heritage site, en route to the famous Es Cubells and Platja des Cavallet, and moments from the legendary DC-10, making it the ideal spot for guests to dine both day and night.
Designed by The MAINE’s Founder, Joey Ghazal, the 18th-century ‘whitewashed’ parish has been restored to feature vintage Spanish Colonial pieces sourced from mainland Spain, set within a beautifully curated garden. There are nods to brutalist architecture with traditional ‘Marbella bar stools,’ contrasted with charming architectural imperfections, giving it an authentic Ibizan feel. With a mezzanine-style rooftop overlooking the ground floor restaurant, every space has been carefully curated to entertain into the early hours. MAINE Ibiza is a place of naked beauty – simple, rustic, deeply familiar, and yet wholly unexpected.
The property features a prominent bar area focused on elevated mixology, a generous bar bites menu, and an impressive selection of premium tequilas and mezcals. The family-style menu at MAINE Ibiza boasts a selection of its most popular dishes, with a Mediterranean flavour running throughout.
