Mental health advocate and broadcaster, Roman Kemp helps spread the word on men’s mental health with NIVEA’s latest campaign, ‘Strength In Numbers’ together with Talk Club helping more men to check in with their feelings by asking themselves, and others, the simple question:
“How are you? Out of 10?”
Roman shared how he feels out of 10 – opting for the number 8, in a bid to help encourage men to be more self-aware and maintain their mental fitness, just as they might look after their physical fitness.
