Beginning 12 November, Bishops Square will burst into life as a festive pop-up takeover. Expect twinkling lights, a brand-new Gingerbread Hut, and a charming chalet village serving winter warmers and seasonal treats.
Visitors can sip on mulled wine, indulgent hot chocolates (with a Malibu twist for adults), winterberry spritzes, espresso martinis, festive piña coladas, and classic beers and ciders. A daily Happy Hour from 5–6pm brings discounted Malibu cocktails to help kick off your evening in style.
Street-food lovers won’t be disappointed either. Traders will be serving global comfort dishes including freshly made churros, cheesy Georgian Khachapuri, and parmesan truffle fries — perfect for snacking as you wander the festive market.
