28th June is National Ceviche Day, and Soho favourite Señor Ceviche is marking the occasion with a limited-edition menu celebrating Peru’s best-known dish. Available only until 6th July, the special selection brings back guest favourites from the past decade alongside several new creations, each built around sustainably sourced seafood, vibrant Peruvian ingredients, and the restaurant’s signature citrusy tiger’s milk marinades.
With four exclusive headline dishes to indulge in, there’s a version of the delicacy for all tastes. Ceviche de Atún Rojo combines tuna with coconut and ají amarillo tiger’s milk, green apple, cucumber, and coco endulzado, while Tiradito Limeño pairs sea bass with coriander and spinach emulsion, edamame, pomegranate, and chive oil. Ceviche Tropical brings together sea bass, octopus, mango, avocado, sweet potato purée, red onion, and choclo in an ají amarillo tiger’s milk, and Ceviche del Río serves up shrimp with rocoto tiger’s milk, camote-lime purée, burnt avocado, and a crisp of sweet potato.
Each ceviche pairs with Señor Ceviche’s pisco cocktail selection, which includes a refreshing Nikkei Iced Tea, a coffee-forward Señor Negroni, or a Lima Espresso Martini. For something a little more fun and fruity, the restaurant’s pisco-infused shooters are available in flavours including lemon, raspberry, hibiscus, and peach.
Aside from the limited edition menu, Señor Ceviche’s wider menu is one well worth exploring. There are pork belly and feta-filled Tequeños which remain one of the restaurant’s signature dishes, smoky Corazón de Res beef heart skewers, and slow-cooked Pachamanca Pork Ribs which showcase the kitchen’s charcoal credentials. Elsewhere, the cheese-filled Carimañolas (yucca fritters) make a fantastic snack, while the papaya-marinated Sirloin y Nikkei Uchucuta offers a real must-order for anyone looking beyond seafood.
For diners struggling to narrow down the menu, Señor Ceviche also offers sharing menus, including the ten-course From Lima With Love menu, and the larger Barranco Banquet, complete with a Pisco Sour, bringing together many of the restaurant’s best-known dishes into a family-style feast.
Since opening in Soho, Señor Ceviche has become a hotspot for Nikkei cuisine, combining traditional Peruvian cooking with Japanese influences that have shaped the country’s food culture for generations. The menu is both crowd-pleasing and speciality, moving between bright seafood dishes, grilled meats, colourful vegetables, and bold citrus flavours, all of which make it one of London’s most exciting dining destinations where no two visits are the same.
The limited-edition National Ceviche Day menu will be available between 22nd June and 6th July at Señor Ceviche, Floor 1 Kingly Court, Carnaby, London W1B 5PW. Browse the menus and book your table right here.
